Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages such as Rust or C
• Contributions to open-source projects related to Solana or blockchain
• Proven experience in developing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain
• Familiarity with decentralized application development and Web3 technologies
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and cryptographic principles
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain use cases
