VP / Director, Greater China Mid Market Buyout

King Deux Search & Consulting is partnering with a leading mid-market private equity buyout fund in Greater China to find an experienced Director / Vice President to join the investment team. The ideal candidate will have deep sector expertise in Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Enterprise Solutions, with a proven ability to drive value in portfolio companies.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A experience, with a focus on Greater China.
• Strong track record in mid-market buyouts, including full-cycle deal experience (sourcing to exit).
• Deep sector knowledge in Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Enterprise Solutions.
• Hands-on portfolio management experience, with a value-creation mindset.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; exceptional financial modeling and presentation skills.
