Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Expertise in cloud architectures, DevOps practices, Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ streams, and programming languages
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, distributed systems
- Ability to solve real-world problems with creativity and precision
