Job Description
Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their Transitions of Care and Meds2Beds Program. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients, collaborating with medical staff, developing medication treatment plans, and contributing to interdisciplinary education. The position offers opportunities for professional development and community outreach.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with PharmD or equivalent training
- Current and valid AZ state license preferred
- ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residence Program or Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification (BPS)
- Must be able to distinguish color, stand and walk 50% of time and carry/lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to perform duties in an environment with blood, body fluids, or tissues
- Good color vision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-based healthcare setting
