Job Description
Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a Director of Home Health & Hospice to lead and manage operations within their Home Care programs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining fiscal accountability. This is a full-time, FLSA Exempt position located in the scenic northwest Arizona.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or master’s degree in a related field, or 5+ years as a Director in Home Care Services
- AZ RN License or compact state license, AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- AZ Food Handlers Card
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Completion of de-escalation techniques program
