Job Description
This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Sensitive area, focusing on providing high-quality patient care in a caring manner. The nurse will perform all aspects of nursing care, including assessment, nursing diagnoses, and interventions, in accordance with hospital and unit policies and standards. Collaboration with physicians and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act is essential.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program
- Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Unit specific requirements (Medical, Pediatric, Intensive Care, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Cardiology certification
- Clinical Lead Certification
- Emergency Severity Index (ESI) training
- NRP certification
- Basic EKG competency
- ECHO certification
- CNOR or CEN certification
- Surgical Services/Pacu/Outpatient certification
