Project AV Service Engineer (SME) to join Kinly's dynamic and international AV project team, playing a pivotal role between Project Managers, Program Manager and clients in the commissioning of systems remotely.
Requirements
- Act as primary commissioning contact
- Ensure systems are installed to strict commissioning guidelines and policies
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting remotely
- Support Project Manager in successful delivery of all projects
- Communicate with local and global teams
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
- Attend system handover meeting with project team and client
- Create documentation following client and company standard
- Meet Project Managers in weekly basis to understand assigned work tasks
