The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an integral part of the Student Support team, ensuring the principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methodology is implemented with fidelity to significantly improve students’ social and behavioral functioning.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education/Special Education, Psychology or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and behavior support plan development.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Experience and commitment to working with limited access to quality educational opportunities.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand frequently.
- Ability to travel across KIPP DC schools.
