Job Description
KIPP DC is seeking a Secondary Teaching Resident to serve as an integral part of their teaching pipeline, dedicated to improving student success. The first year of residency is salaried and offers a pathway to teaching certification, with future salary increases based on performance and program completion. This position focuses on teaching and working within a Middle or High School classroom.
