Kinderzimmer is seeking a Head of Kita (m/f/d) as a Substitute to provide flexible support to their Hamburg locations. The role involves temporarily managing facilities, supporting teams, ensuring high pedagogical standards, fostering parent cooperation, and contributing to the innovative implementation of their educational concept. Kinderzimmer provides a loving place for over 3,000 children at more than 30 locations.

Requirements

• Completed pedagogical training as an educator or a completed pedagogical degree
• Several years of professional experience as a Kita manager
• High degree of flexibility, resilience, and joy in working at different locations with changing teams
• Ability to quickly gain a foothold in new teams, build trust, and give security
• Ability to create understandable structures, processes, and routines
• Demonstrates pedagogical excellence and promotes a motivating and appreciative leadership culture
• Professional, appreciative, and clear communication skills
• Strong organizational talent and a structured, responsible way of working
• Strong competencies in economic thinking
