Warehouse Manager

KITSCH is seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead the efficient operation of their shift. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for planning and executing key warehouse activities, managing inventory accuracy, and leading a high-performing warehouse team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution supervisory or management role
• Proven experience handling Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Extensive knowledge of standard warehouse operating procedures (SOPs)
• Experience leading or executing cycle counting processes and inventory reconciliation
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and occupational health regulations (OSHA, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, motivate, and discipline operational and administrative staff
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in office tools for reporting and analysis (Excel/Sheets)
• Technical or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (plus)
