Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled performance marketer who can develop winning strategies, increase market share, outperform competitors, and continuously improve ROAS.
Requirements
- Vast performance marketing experience, especially managing six-figure monthly budgets in the US, Canada, or top EU markets.
- Strong expertise in building and optimizing performance channels across Google Ads/Bing, including modern formats such as PMax, AI Max, and Demand Gen
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, landing page/web editors, and testing tools
- Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
- Strong desire to maximize ROI, improve ROAS, and reduce CPA
- Clear understanding of key performance indicators: ROAS, CTR, CR, CPA, and related metrics
