Customer Success Manager

Responsibility for scalable customer success, especially with existing customers

Customer management and consulting throughout the entire product life cycle

Coordination, organization, and alignment of onboarding, implementation, training to ensure high customer retention and customer satisfaction

Identification of scalability options that lead to increased adoption of our products by the customer

Work as a trusted advisor/advisor at the customer front to contribute to further increasing the benefit of our products and services at the customer

Proposal submission and acquisition of standardized follow-up orders

Maintenance, development, and implementation of strategies for customer conversations and scalability in coordination with Sales and Strategy

Communication with internal and external management levels to understand customer needs and optimize customer retention

Verification of the effectiveness of the customer journey, as well as support for the customer in overcoming problems with our products and achieving common goals

Coordination, organization of workflows for internal and external employees to guarantee timely project deliveries

Development, maintenance, and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, as well as creation of reports (e.g., determination of scalability/take rate/etc.)

**Your profile**

Completed successful economic and technical or natural science studies, e.g. business informatics, economics, physics, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, etc.

Strong communicator with excellent analysis and consulting skills

Ideally at least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, e.g. consulting, customer success, project management, or account management

Experience in formal project management areas, with software development methods (Scrum) and relevant tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) are an advantage

Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Well-developed social and analytical skills

Highly organized and team-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills

Ability to interact and communicate with management
