Technical Program Manager (m/w/d)

The Technical Program Manager leads complex programs and initiatives, coordinating with Product Owners, Team Leads, and Architects to ensure deadlines, budget, and quality standards. The role involves process excellence, performance measurement, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/Bachelor) with a technical or scientific orientation
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in project or program management
• Fundamental knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and operational project management
• Strong understanding of modern software development and technical relationships
• Leadership experience in technical management and coaching of teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and secure German and English language skills
