Job Description
Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Bridge Structural Engineer to work on challenging transportation projects in the New England Region. The position involves design, project management, technical reports, cost proposals, and project delivery. Flexibility in work arrangements is possible, with remote and hybrid options being discussed.
Requirements
- BSCE from an ABET accredited engineering program (MSCE preferred)
- 10 years of relevant design experience in the structural engineering field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (MA, CT, NH PE license a plus)
- Familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT,NHDOT and/or CTDOT standards
- Experience performing design and analysis of transportation structures including bridges, culverts, walls, and sign structures
- Experience performing design and analysis of transportation structures including bridges, culverts, walls, and sign structures
- Familiarity with general purpose structural analysis software design software (3D finite element analysis experience strongly preferred)
