Requirements
- HAVO or MBO 4 diploma
- Experience working in a call center or customer service (preferable)
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Understanding of computer systems
- Affinity with KLM, teamwork, and international outlook
- Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends
