The Leads Processing Associate role at KMC provides administrative and operational support to various sourcing & recruitment processes. The role involves pre-screening of resumes, initial interview coordination, job postings, and maintenance of sourcing mailboxes. The ideal candidate is excellent at working closely with the Leads Generation Team to create a solid talent pipeline and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment/Sourcing is preferred
• Working knowledge in MS Office and other report generation tools
• Good people skills, approachable, and able to adjust to different levels of the organization
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
