Illumio has a great opportunity for a Payroll Analyst to join our fast-growing company. The Payroll Analyst role is perfect for those with a payroll, HR, business, and/or data analysis background who are looking for a chance to contribute to Company’s history of success.

Requirements

• Assist in performing a variety of technical and confidential duties related to the processing and administration of employee payroll globally
• Prepare and generate payrolls for all employees including withholding for taxes, social security, unemployment insurance, and retirement
• Update employee records and other deductions as authorized
• Provide support to employees regarding payroll, time and labor, and tax concerns
• Assist with employment verification worldwide
• Assist with document gathering for audits
• Process equity exercises on as needed basis
