The successful candidate will join our finance team to manage and conduct various financial and accounting operations, working closely with international teams across Greece, China, Singapore, and the USA.

Requirements

• Direct interaction with clients to verify statements and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
• Collaborate with partners to confirm statement accuracy and payment processes.
• Ensure correct approvals, manage payment requests, and guarantee prompt approval of payments.
• Assist in managing cash flow forecasts in coordination with the Finance Management team.
• Maintain updated account books and systems.
• Reconcile payments within our accounting system to ensure accuracy.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to meet various business needs.
• Compile and analyze financial statements to support business decisions.
• Update and manage currency information within the company's system.
• Handle additional related tasks as required to support financial operations.
