Requirements

Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing or leading engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
Technical Expertise: 7+ years building large-scale, production-grade web applications.
AWS Cloud: Proven experience designing and deploying cloud architectures on AWS.
Database Skills: 2+ years hands-on experience with MySQL; familiarity with MongoDB.
Front-End Mastery: Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and proficiency in browser debugging techniques.
Product Thinking: Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and rallying teams.
