SOCi is seeking a versatile Digital Media Strategist equipped with exceptional writing, editing, and design acumen to enrich our fast-paced Professional Services team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies.

Requirements

• Develop multi-channel social content strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Write and design content
• Adapt social campaigns to deliver higher-value results
• Possess excellent research, writing, and editing skills
• Have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies
• Have strong customer service experience with a minimum of three to five years of customer-facing interaction
• Have excellent English writing skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
• Be able to work independently
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus and execute in a productive, consistent manner
