We are seeking a Procurement Operations Lead to drive efficiency and controls in our purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a knack for improving processes, and experience in procure to pay or purchasing/supply chain.

Requirements

• Manage and lead Operational Procurement
• Oversee and manage the execution of the Procurement Operations vendor team
• Cross-functionally partner with Global Finance Team, Legal, IT and AP
• Lead continuous improvement operational efficiency projects
• Troubleshoot with internal customers regarding PO, Supplier, and Invoice issues
• Provide mentorship and direction to our team at all levels on purchasing processes
• Build, maintain, and report against a monthly reporting dashboard
• Implement a robust internal control process that supports the business and is SOX compliant
• Partner with the Accounts Payable, Legal, Accounting and Finance teams
