The Training Coordinator will manage internal and external operational functions related to public instructor lead virtual or in-person training events, onsite training, and eLearning and certification offerings.
Requirements
- Public Training
- Manage class enrollments and cancellations
- Support Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, and Support teams
- Manage logistics related to training classes
- Process partner and training vendor invoices
- Manage internal use of training infrastructure
- Collect training feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Reporting
- Creating and maintaining reports on training events and revenue
- Assist with analysis on revenue and expenses
- Tracking PR’s, PO’s and the closure of these items
- Customer Service
- Manage customer requests and questions
- Escalate technical issues
- Support training partners
- Maintain a list of certified training partners
- Manage customer satisfaction issues
