Requirements
- Define and lead the roadmap for your platform's process stream from the business side, focusing on data flows and related processes within Salesforce and across systems (SAP and the Customer Platform) with an emphasis on customer data
- Drive the design and optimization of data provisioning for customer-facing processes
- Acting as a trusted advisor, consult with and constructively challenge fellow Global Process & Data Managers from adjacent streams such as Sales, Marketing and CPQ
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional Business and IT teams, deliver impactful product features and steering mechanisms through major and continuous release cycles
- Drawing on your expertise in user-centric process design, data handling, automations and analytics, translate market requirements and innovative ideas into actionable product features
