Requirements
- Proven leader of global B2B digital platforms with measurable gains in activation, engagement and conversion
- Strategic, customer‐centric, data‐informed, fluent in KPI interpretation, experimentation, root‐cause analysis as well as decisive in prioritization
- Deep expertise in content strategy, UX, information architecture, customer journeys, conversion optimization, plus comfort with modern CMS or headless stacks
- Skilled stakeholder manager in complex global environments as well as a clear communicator who aligns business with marketing and technology
- Senior manager with strong business focus, deep customer orientation, strategic thinking, hands‐on execution and fluent in English with German as a plus
