Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, UX/UI, Psychology, Information Systems or a related field
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Experience using Figma and Miro
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI, BOs, POs and CX managers, demonstrating teamwork, empathy and clear stakeholder communication
