Job Description
Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe and efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a team, foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of production experience in an industrial manufacturing facility
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment
