The CRM Specialist will manage and optimize CRM systems, analyze customer data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM
- Educational background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Sales Force)
- Data analysis, CRM segmentation, data extraction and query capabilities
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Italian and English
