Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at KNIME. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or growth marketing, with a proven track record of building scalable processes and systems.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or growth marketing
- Proven experience building scalable processes and systems
- Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Hubspot
- Experience with marketing or campaign workflows tools, such as Trello
- Experience managing complex operational initiatives, such as new marketing platform implementation and adoption
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing
- Excellent communicator with experience driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, compliance, and technology teams
