We're seeking a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Berlin, Konstanz or Remote Italy. You'll own the partner lifecycle in EMEA, building and growing the ecosystem, recruiting and onboarding new partners, enabling and empowering them to sell KNIME solutions, and driving revenue through co-selling and joint sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in partner management, particularly within the EMEA technology landscape
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent role, comfortable with building something from the ground up
- Analytical and uses data to make decisions on where to spend time and money
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural and business nuances of key countries
- Experience in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management at a software company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data science / data analytics skills a plus
