The role also involves mentoring and training Inventory Associates, analyzing inventory trends, and collaborating with departments to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician license from the State of Indiana
• Forklift certification
• At least 2 years of experience related to inventory management and ordering
• Prior experience in training, lead roles, or supervisory positions
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
