Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Current unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in good standing with the State of Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy compliance, PV2 verification, and regulatory standards
