Job Description
The Vice President of FP&A leads all company financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, serving as the main source for enterprise financial insights, reporting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- At least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise FP&A in a multi-business or matrixed organization
