This role is for a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting. The NP/PA will assess patients, ensure safe care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, monitoring stress testing, and supervision of tilt table testing.
Requirements
- Must have two years of experience working as NP or PA in related field.
- Master's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or completion of PA program.
- Unrestricted APN or PA License in Colorado (DORA)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association (AHA), with cards in-hand before start date.
- Independent functional ability
- Ability to perform heart procedures
- Excellent cardiovascular patient assessment and exam skills
