Controls Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Controls Engineer to lead complex control system projects and support the maintenance team. This role involves mentoring, training, and supervising technicians, ensuring high performance and skill development, and also overseeing project tasks like HMI interfaces.

Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced control systems projects.
• Program PLCs from the ground up, with a strong preference for Siemens experience over Allen Bradley.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and training of Technicians.
• Oversee HMI interfaces and manage related project tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to be on call as needed.
