Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Dietetics and/or nutrition.
• Registered Dietitian with at least 2 years experience.
• Current state licensure.
• Valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator's license.
• Proof of personal automobile liability insurance.
• Professional membership to the American Dietetic Association (preferred).
