International Tax Senior - Bilingual Japanese

We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our expanding practice, specializing in international tax services for Japanese clients. This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, but preferably in Pacific or Mountain time zones. The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, researching issues, and providing client service and planning.

Requirements

• Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for corporations (C & S), partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, bankruptcies, and trusts/estates.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex tax and accounting issues.
• Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, especially with Japanese clients.
• Support partners in delivering high-quality, timely tax services.
• Fluency in Japanese (required)
• Strong technical knowledge in federal and multi-state taxation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
