Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. preferred
- 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
- Experience with CARF and Title XXII standards preferred
