Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a Clare, MI facility. This role is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, and workforce management. The Plant Manager will drive operational excellence, control costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Oversee daily plant operations and lead department supervisors.
• Ensure products meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and CI projects.
• Manage equipment maintenance and facility upgrades.
• Develop and manage the plant budget.
