We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in New York. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and operational integrity across Kobalt’s financial reporting and corporate accounting processes.

• Managing key elements of the month-end close process
• Payroll accounting
• Reconciliations
• Statutory reporting
• Audit readiness
• Driving continuous process improvement
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Partnering with FP&A and People & Culture
• Coordinating statutory reporting and audit requirements for overseas subsidiaries
• Overseeing global travel and expense systems
