VP Engineering

Kody is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead a high-performing engineering organization, define technical vision, and drive scalable and secure platform and service delivery. This role involves collaboration with various teams and a focus on continuous improvement, building a strong engineering culture, and advocating for engineering needs.

• Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of a world-class engineering team.
• Setting and executing the engineering vision and technical direction in partnership with executive and product leadership.
• Drive engineering execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, code quality, system stability, and deployment efficiency.
