Senior Manager, Payments Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• 5+ years payment operations experience in a high-tech environment
• Deep understanding of card and bank transaction lifecycles, financial reconciliation and authorization / settlement processes in modern API-based systems
• Strong people manager, passion for coaching and developing the hard and soft skills necessary to deliver both operational and project work under shifting priorities
• Tech-savvy and love working with engineering
• Highly analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels
• Process optimization is second nature, obsessed with measurement and efficiency
