Job Description
Koinz is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize our next-generation data infrastructure. You will be instrumental in driving key business insights and delivering data sets that power business decisions and machine learning models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in developing data processing jobs using Apache Spark
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools, specifically Apache Airflow
- Strong programming skills in Python for scripting, automation, and ETL/ELT development
- Mastery of SQL for complex querying, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT principles, and dimensional modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
