Koinz is looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to expand our on-ground presence across the Saudi market. This role demands strong communication skills, cultural fluency, and a hands-on, “let’s get it done” mindset.

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, offline activations, events, or similar roles
• F&B or consumer-facing industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with full fluency in Arabic and English
• Energetic, active, and comfortable with daily field work and in-person interactions
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging on-ground ideas
• Deep familiarity with Saudi culture, traditions, and consumer behavior
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus
• Willingness to travel across the Kingdom when required
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about building a brand from the ground up
