Job Description
We are looking for a performance marketing analyst to join our team and help us grow our digital campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms, as well as designing and implementing growth experiments.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Managed campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms
- Ability to analyze metrics and find patterns in data
- Enthusiasm for A/B testing and designing hypotheses
- Analytical thinking with creativity
- Collaboration with other teams to align campaigns
- Mindset of continuous improvement
