Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us design and build the backend infrastructure and APIs that will power our new mobile app and support the experience of thousands of older adults across Mexico.
Requirements

- Owns end-to-end delivery of complex features or critical workflows
- Leads debugging of difficult production issues with calm and focus
- Coaches and unblocks others; mentors other engineers
- Champions engineering excellence (reliability, testing, maintainability)
- Fiveish years of web development with the likes of PHP & Laravel, Ruby & Rails, Elixir & Phoenix, etc
- SQL and relational databases like MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL
- Fast-paced startup environments
- Automated unit/integration/behaviour/etc tests
- Multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with designers, product management, data
