Account Manager

Komodo Health is seeking a Principal Account Manager to work with customers to renew existing business and grow our footprint by upselling managed services and additional data/products for existing business. The role is responsible for providing strategic support and guidance, fostering a collaborative environment, and developing strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.

Requirements

• 8+ years overall working experience in the biopharma or adjacent health technology industry
• 5+ years in a client-facing role as a consultant or life sciences data/software/service provider
• Prior experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services with penetration into multiple customer groups and analytics engagements
• Effective communication and storytelling skills
• Data analysis skills
• Impeccable project management skills
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding department goals and/or customer satisfaction
• Extensive experience with structuring client deliverables in PowerPoint/G-Slides, Word, Excel
