Job Description
Manage modernization/replacement projects, supervise project team members, and lead project teams to complete projects within budget and scheduled timeframe. Liaise with external and internal parties, implement strategic initiatives, and tackle critical issues.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Service Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8-10 years working experience in Lift & Escalator Industry
- Solid experience in project management, modernization project, and major project management
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing
- Registered Lift Engineer and/or Registered Escalator Engineer (advantageous)
