Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team for a 6-month contract. The role is crucial in helping us attract and hire exceptional talent while ensuring a great candidate experience and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus)
• Ability to effectively assess both technical and soft skills
• Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and comfortable working according to KPIs and deadlines
