We are looking for a People Business Partner (PBP) with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach, who combines experience in Talent Acquisition, Training and Development (L&D), and the use of data for high-impact decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles
- Practical and deep experience leading specialized recruitment processes
- Designing/executing L&D programs
- Previous work experience in the Fintech, Banking, or high-growth technology sectors
- Advanced competence in using data (Excel, dashboards) for analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Exceptional Service Ethos, excellent communication, negotiation, coaching of leaders, and influence without direct authority
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
